Out of the abyss: what did you ship in 2010?

I'm in a hotel in Dresden, sipping my second cup of tea and catching up on my blogroll reading. Whenever something catches my eye, I mark it as "unread" so I can go back and read it again with 1. calmer eyes 2. more time 3. less urgency. Seth Godin, whose writing I love, calls most people to own, brand, market and ship the best versions of their own work, and he's not shy about it. So, in response to his call, here's my list of what I "shipped" in 2010

1. ran my first marathon
2. landed an opera contract at an international A-level house
3. sang what might be my signature role in my hometown
4. had a student tell me that she was able to relax and enjoy her singing, thanks to my help
5. got over my own fears and found a new voice teacher
6. ran a 1/2 marathon with my husband
7. had a successful turn as matron of honor in my friend Ami's wedding
8. got a new day job
9. stared fear of failure in the face and kept going

Now I'm not saying that all of these things will change the course of my life, but I feel they are all steps toward owning who I am. Really owning her, warts and all.

There's lots more to say, but I want to see some of Dresden before the snow comes again.
What did YOU ship in 2010?
