Oh snap!

So when we lived in Hattiesburg, our good friend Hunter was fond of saying "Oh snap!" at any given moment. I did then, and I still do, find that absolutely hilarious. Which is why I burst into hysterical laughter when the video for Fergie's "London Bridge" came on the random feed at MTV.com the other day, with a big ass low-rider rounding a corner, Fergie with the big Jersey hair, and the scary girls alongside her with the black lipstick and the knee-length shorts and their faux Chuck Taylors and a large chorus of people yelling "Oh Snap!"

I made my husband watch this video with me, and I think that the most entertaining part is where the Beefeaters start dancing. I miss Hunter so much, especially because the dancing part is somewhat reminiscent of his beloved wife, Michelle, and her rendition of the Elaine dance from Seinfeld.

So this is the question of the evening:
"How come every time you come around, my London London Bridge wanna go down?"

And furthermore, what exactly IS one's London Bridge, and where would it go? Paraguay?

I hear tell that the London Bridge is a sexual position. I hate that song.

In other news, I'm an aunt.

I hate that song too. Whenever I hear it, I want to claw my eyes out... and stuff them into my ears.

Oh snap!
